PB Family Bancshares, Inc., a family-owned bank holding company led by Chair Pat Regan and President Casey Regan, has completed its acquisition of Gateway Bank, effective April 1, 2026. PB Family Bancshares is the holding company for Premier Bank Minnesota, a 12-branch community bank based in Hastings, Minnesota.
This combination brings together two organizations with the same longstanding commitment to honesty, integrity, responsiveness, and true community banking. The Regan family has been part of Gateway's story from the very beginning, with Pat Regan and members of his family serving as founding investors in Gateway Bank. Now we’re proud to continue that story together.
