Official Rules and Regulations of the Gateway Getaway Giveaway

To Enter: There are three (3) ways to enter the Gateway Getaway Giveaway. 1) Open a Gateway Bank checking or savings account: One entry into the drawing automatically occurs upon opening a new personal or business checking or savings account at any Gateway Bank location. Accounts include: Free Checking, HSA Savings, Interest Checking, 50 Plus Checking, Treasury Checking, Statement Savings (Business or Personal), Money Market Savings (Business or Personal), Treasury Savings (Business or Personal), Certificate of Deposit, Community Business Checking, Business Checking, Analysis Checking. Account qualification and minimum deposit is required. The Account Closing Fee will be applied if not kept open for a minimum of 6 months.  Refer to the account disclosure for terms, fees, and limitations. For personal accounts, one entry will be made in the name(s) of all primary owners of the account. For business accounts, one entry will be made in the name of the legal entity which owns the account. 2) Similarly, refer someone to Gateway Bank or be referred. Refer someone to Gateway Bank and receive an entry when any Gateway Bank checking or savings account is opened. Same account opening and maintenance rules apply as stated above. Both the referred and the referral will receive an entry. 3) For existing clients, visit a Gateway Bank branch: Pop into either Gateway Bank location to say “Hi” and receive an entry in the drawing. There is a limit of one entry per person, per month. For entry, see a Gateway Bank associate and complete a drawing slip.

Entrants may enter only by using one of the entry methods described above. Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, or inaccurate are void. Entries become the property of Gateway Bank, are confidential, and will not be shared. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Entrants are limited to win the Gateway Getaway Giveaway a limit of (1) times.

Participating Locations: All physical branches of Gateway Bank: Gateway Bank in Edina, MN and Gateway Bank in Mendota Heights, MN. Entries for the Mendota Heights and Edina branches will be combined, and one prize will be awarded between these locations. Find a Gateway Bank location here: Gateway Bank Locations

Eligibility: The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and primarily reside in Minnesota or Wisconsin. Employees, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and their respective household members of Gateway Bank are not eligible to enter. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Contest Entry Period: The Contest runs from the start of business on Thursday, February 1, 2024, and ends at the close of business on Tuesday, December 31, 2024. One drawing will be held per month, starting on the first weekday of each month and ending on the last weekday of each month.

Drawings, Determination & Notification of Winners: Drawings will be held once a month on the following dates, by the end of the workday:

March 29th, 2024

April 30th, 2024

May 31st, 2024

June 28th, 2024

July 31st, 2024

August 30th, 2024

September 30th, 2024

October 31st, 2024

November 29th, 2024

December 31st, 2024

They will be conducted by a member of Gateway Bank. Gateway bank will notify the winners by telephone or email listed on the drawing slip immediately after the drawing.

Odds: Actual odds of winning a prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the contest entry period.

Prize: $500 gift card to the airline of the winner’s choosing, either Delta Airlines or Sun Country Airlines.  Gateway Bank has no affiliation with either listed airline.

Prize Pick-Up & Unclaimed Prizes: Unless other arrangements are made, all prizes must be picked up by winners, at their expense, at the Mendota Heights Gateway Bank location within 30 days of notification that a prize has been won. Valid photo identification will be required to claim all prizes.

Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree a) to abide by the Official Rules, which shall be final in all respects; and b) to release and discharge Gateway Bank and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees, from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the Giveaway and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize.

Limitation of Liability: Gateway Bank reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the drawing as determined by Gateway Bank in its sole discretion.
